2. Applicability
The Site may be used to place orders by Customers who meet the following conditions:
- Correctly fill in all mandatory fields that require personal data such as name, surname, email address, delivery address, telephone number and credit card number, etc.;
- Acceptance of the Website Terms and Conditions.
3. Pricing policy
The preparations and products sold on the site will be accompanied, at the time of delivery, by a tax receipt, according to the legislation in force; the prices are updated, include 9% VAT (rate applicable to food delivery), packaging cost and delivery cost.
4. Placing the order
All orders placed are subject to product availability, supplier availability and our approval. Orders can be placed on www.localbykrud.ro or by phone at the following numbers: 0771 248 235 / 0774 454 077 .
To place an online order, the Customer will select the desired product or dish, check the Packaging* field (where applicable), select the number of products and click Add to cart. After adding the products or dishes to the cart, they will select whether they want Pickup from the Restaurant or Delivery.
When placing the Order, the Customer must provide the following information:
- Name, first name
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Email address
Pickup/delivery interval The restaurant's operating hours are from 12:00 to 21:00 (orders can be taken starting at 10:00, with pickup/delivery starting at 12:00, and the last order is taken at 20:30).
5. Payment methods
Cash payment upon receipt of order; Card payment upon placing order. Delivery rates:
- Zone 1 (Copou limit = Agronomie, CUG limit = Valea Adanca, Pacurari limit = Rond Pacurari, Bucium limit = Spital Socola, Tatarasi limit = Dancu) – 15 lei;
- Zone 2 (Barnova, Paun, Tomesti, Dancu, Aroneanu, Carlig, Rediu, Valea Lupului, Miroslava, Valea Adanca, Horpaz, Lunca Cetatuii) – 21 lei.
The delivery fee will be included on the tax receipt and will be paid at the time of placing the order (when payment is made by card) or upon receipt of the order, in cash.
6. Delivery
Delivery is only made for orders located in the delivery areas indicated on the Site. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse an order if it is not found in the perimeter displayed on the site. All orders will be delivered by couriers employed by SC MARKETIX SRL (Curieras).
Delivery times are determined taking into account the following: order flow from the kitchen, distance to the Customer's address, traffic conditions, weather conditions and other circumstances that are not under our control and are communicated by the delivery person upon receipt of the order. Exceeding the delivery time may be caused by force majeure events as well as any of the factors listed above.
7. Delivery and returns
The materials presented on the site are for informational purposes only, certain characteristics of the preparations may vary (color, size, shape).
Complaints regarding the condition of the ordered products can be made by phone, at one of the 2 phone numbers specified on the site or via email, within a maximum of 1 hour from receipt of the order; if it is verified and found that the products and preparations do not correspond to the specifications mentioned by the customer when placing the order, they will be replaced.
The customer may request the return of products / replacement of orders in the following situations:
- the products/preparations show severe damage;
- there are delays in the delivery of products of more than 2 hours, calculated from the moment the orders are placed;
- the products/preparations were delivered incorrectly.
The delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, within a maximum of 30 minutes from the moment of receiving the order. The Customer may request the replacement of products / preparations, and in the event that the product / preparation is no longer in stock, he may opt for replacement with another product / preparation. If the replacement with a product / preparation with a higher value than the initial one is agreed, the Customer will pay the difference.
If an order placed on the site and paid by the Customer with the card at the time of placing the order is canceled within 30 minutes of placing it, the money will be refunded to the Customer within a maximum of 5 working days; if the order was canceled after more than 30 minutes from the time of placing the order, then the money will not be refunded.
If the Restaurant cancels the order for the following reasons: lack of products/preparations, inability to deliver, unfavorable weather conditions, and the Customer has already paid for the order, the money will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days.
Repeated cancellations or cancellations may be considered abuse. When placing an order, the Customer declares that he/she has taken note of and fully agrees with the above.
8. Allergens
According to the requirements of EU Regulation 1169/2011, which applies to all food products, whether packaged or unpackaged, food allergens can fall into the following groups:
1. Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, emmer or their hybrids) and products thereof, except:
a) glucose syrups obtained from wheat, including dextrose;
